Getting to Ann Arbor

BY PLANE:
Detroit Metro Airport (www.metroairport.com) is the closest major airport to Ann Arbor. It is approximately 30-40 minutes away from the University of Michigan and is a major hub for Delta Airlines and many other carriers. Local transportation

Once in Ann Arbor, there are several ways of getting around. If you are staying downtown, the University and many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. If you are staying at a hotel chain, most of them have free shuttles to bring you downtown or to the university’s campus.
